At Usthub, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and fair return policy to ensure confidence in shopping with us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns without a valid reason. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions and fall under one of the eligible return reasons listed below.

1.1 General Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • The item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

1.2 Eligible Return Reasons

  • Damaged or defective item: The product arrived with physical damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item received: The item delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong model, color, or size).
  • Missing components: The product is missing essential accessories, parts, or packaging elements.
  • Not as described: The item differs significantly from the product description on our website.

Returns for reasons such as “no longer needed”, “ordered by mistake”, or “changed my mind” are not accepted.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., personal care, health-related items)
  • Perishable or consumable goods

1.4 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at support@usthub.shop. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@usthub.shop within the 30-day window. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions, including the return address and any required return authorization code.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

Please note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns. All return shipments must be prepaid.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. Usthub is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received. In such cases, Usthub will cover the return shipping expenses and provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (including expedited or express shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a returned item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • For orders with multiple items, refunds will be issued based on the value of the returned product(s) only.
  • In rare cases, refunds to credit cards may be delayed due to your financial institution’s processing time. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, please contact your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for compensation.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
  • Bundles or sets missing components
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
