Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Usthub. We are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and reliably within the United States.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively to customers within the contiguous United States (48 states). This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. No additional shipping fees or taxes will be added at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Timeframe
The estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume seasons. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to external factors beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress until it arrives.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Usthub is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@usthub.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal to accept the delivery, we will notify you via email. Customers are responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus any return shipping and handling costs, if applicable.
9. Separate Shipments
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if it includes items from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt a redelivery.
11. Delays Due to Force Majeure
Usthub is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
